Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

A leading chemical company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist. This position is open to Pakistani and Malayalee candidates, and English language skills are not required. We strongly encourage women to apply for this role.

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor process performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process optimization within the chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of process simulation software is preferred (Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Urdu or Malayalam (depending on candidate's nationality)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
