Wedding Planner in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for creating memorable and flawless weddings for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, transportation, and guest accommodations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best quality and prices for services.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event.
- Manage budgets and ensure all expenses are within the agreed upon budget.
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or in event planning.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with Indian clients is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
