We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for the hotel's restaurants, banquets, and room service
- Develop new menu items while maintaining the existing menu's standards
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen area
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop seasonal menus and special promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our pastries

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of various dessert techniques, including baking, chocolate work, sugar art, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for presentation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and designs
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency is preferred)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
