Front Desk Receptionist - English Speaking (Malayalee)
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our company in Al-Rayyan. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Keep track of daily appointments and schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
- Provide general information about the company to guests and visitors
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
