We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing and transfusions. This role requires proficiency in venipuncture techniques and knowledge of proper specimen handling and labeling procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical or laboratory setting and hold a certificate or degree in phlebotomy.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process
- Identify patient and verify test orders
- Perform venipuncture using proper techniques
- Label and store specimens for processing
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples
- Ensure proper disposal of used needles and equipment
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or related role
- Certificate or degree in phlebotomy from an accredited program
- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus
