Restaurant Manager
A well-established restaurant in Hawalli is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain budgets for food, beverage, and labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee menu development and pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance goals and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1300$
Location: Hawalli, Kuwait (Preference for Indian or African candidates)
