Sales Manager

A leading company in Dubai is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. This is a contract position, open to candidates of all nationalities, with no English language requirement. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support when needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
