Indian Sales Manager - Dubai
As an Indian Sales Manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will be working closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Indian market, and proven experience in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
