Merchandiser - Retail Specialist (Dubai)

As a Merchandiser - Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our company's products in retail stores in Dubai. Your main duties will include creating attractive product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities. You will also work closely with store managers to ensure that our products are prominently displayed and advertised in-store. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with store managers to secure prime shelf space for our products
- Build strong relationships with store personnel to promote our products effectively
- Train store staff on the features and benefits of our products
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the marketing team
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns as required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or retail specialist
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel
- In-depth knowledge of retail merchandising strategies and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the retail industry
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
OR relevant work experience
OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary:
$1700 per month plus accommodation, visa, and ticket provided.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
