Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Ajman. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and manage expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure efficient operations by monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing expenses
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or promotions
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in budgeting and cost management
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 900 USD per month
