Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Ajman)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Ajman. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipe and quality standards
- Supervise the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant at all times
- Handle financial management tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Good understanding of food costs, labor costs, P&L statements, and other financial aspects of running a restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Biometric passport required for international travel if necessary

Salary: $1400 per month
