Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in Al-Kuwait. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with excellent communication and leadership skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
