Floral Designer

A floral designer is responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and other events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers, creativity, and attention to detail. They should also possess strong communication skills to work with clients and understand their needs. A good understanding of different types of flowers, color schemes, and design techniques is essential. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create designs based on client's budget and event theme
- Source and purchase flowers from suppliers
- Arrange flowers into bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and order new materials when needed
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time for delivery or event set up
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a floral designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and arrangement techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Creative thinking abilities with an eye for detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
