Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with previous experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Create schedules for employees and ensure that they are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Work closely with the chef to develop menus and specials that will appeal to customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. Other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and annual leave will also be provided.

Location:
This job is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Visa:
The selected candidate must have their own visa.
