We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry, located in Dar Kulaib. Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
