Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an English-speaking job, we require fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. As this job does not come with accommodation, candidates must already have a biometric passport and be able to legally work in Ar Rumaythiyah.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents
- Assist with data entry and updating databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
