Indian Sales Manager in Riyadh
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team in Riyadh. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for our company. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns that drive sales growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual sales reports for management review
- Continuously develop the skills of the sales team through training programs
Salary: 1400$ per month
