We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop innovative menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of our clientele
- Oversee all food preparation processes to ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as front of house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with other benefits such as medical insurance, paid vacation time, and performance bonuses.
