Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor expenses and budget to maintain financial targets
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant
- Adhere to all health code regulations and maintain necessary certifications

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred
