Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of restaurant staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business goals and targets
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Create schedules for the restaurant staff to ensure proper coverage during busy periods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maintain profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate employees
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for inventory management purposes

Education:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Isa Town, Bahrain. However, applicants from other nationalities who are willing to relocate are also welcome to apply.
