Restaurant Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring quality control.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Create marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided.
