Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef specializing in Egyptian cuisine to join our team in Sharjah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Egyptian cuisine and a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients. Previous experience in a similar role is required, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer free visa and ticket for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase authentic Egyptian dishes while also incorporating modern twists.
- Manage inventory and control food costs to ensure profitability.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring all recipes are followed accurately.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new dishes to keep the menu fresh.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in an Egyptian restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Egyptian cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
