Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs (Indians Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Hawalli. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition. Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform repairs on equipment, furniture, appliances, and fixtures
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform other general handyman tasks
- Install new fixtures, equipment or appliances as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Experience with carpentry, painting, and other general handyman tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

This job is located in Hawalli but is open to anyone willing to relocate.
