Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Salalah. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Managing office operations and maintaining an organized work environment
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors
- Providing general administrative support to team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1200$ per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)

Location: Salalah, Oman

Note: This is a part-time position with free visa and ticket. Immediate availability is preferred.
