Entry-Level Administrator in Salalah, Oman

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for an entry-level administrative role in Salalah, Oman? Our company is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without previous experience, as we are willing to provide training and support.

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly is also required.
