Head Chef - Traditional Malayalee Cuisine


We are hiring an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in preparing and serving traditional Malayalee cuisine in Medina. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menu items, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high levels of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Malayalee cuisine and culture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
