Our company, a leading construction firm in Ajman, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English and previous experience working as a land surveyor. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, along with free visa and ticket. This is an urgent requirement, so we are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare accurate survey reports and drawings
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for construction projects
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure the accuracy of survey results
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in land surveying technology
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a land surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
