We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Indian national with a good command of English, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This position is ideal for students or individuals with their own visa looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist with data entry and typing tasks
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
The office is located in Medina.
