Office Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing files, answering phone calls, and assisting with general office tasks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with planning company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
