Administrative Assistant
We are a reputable company in Al-Kuwait looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior staff
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Kuwait (open to Malayalees)
