Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with contractors, engineers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project team members
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Coordinate with contractors, architects and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure all safety regulations are being followed on site
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Manage project budget and track expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English is required
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule)
