Gardener Supervisor

As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of gardens and landscapes in the city of Salalah. You will lead a team of gardeners, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as knowledge and experience in gardening techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gardeners
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Train new gardeners on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and used safely
- Keep track of inventory for supplies, tools, and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Develop plans for new garden installations or improvements to existing gardens
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener or in a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping principles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to gardening
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- High attention to detail

Salary: 1700$ per month (with accommodation)

Location: Salalah
