Seasonal Barista in Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Barista to join our team for the busy season in Manama, Bahrain. As a Seasonal Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and snacks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure quality of all drinks and food items served
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment properly
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Bahrain

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)
