Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Salary: $1400 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage financial performance by analyzing sales reports and controlling costs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and attract more customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition
