We are searching for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail is crucial in order to maintain high-quality drinks for customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
