Mason Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Mecca. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Utilize your expertise in masonry techniques to train and guide less experienced workers
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Plan and schedule work according to project timelines and budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment, ordering supplies as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets project specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an experienced Mason with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of various masonry techniques including bricklaying, stonemasonry, and plastering
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid Pakistani nationality preferred
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
- Experience working on construction projects in Mecca is highly desirable
