Mason - Urgent Hiring in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are urgently seeking a skilled Mason to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and foundations using various materials including bricks, concrete blocks, and stones. This position requires physical strength and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or instructions to determine the materials needed and layout of structures
- Measure and mark building lines on construction materials using rulers, chalk lines, or other marking tools
- Mix cement, sand, and water to create mortar or grout for filling gaps between bricks or stones
- Lay out patterns or designs according to plans using masonry tools
- Cut or saw bricks to fit around windows and doors
- Use trowels and other hand tools to spread mortar over base surfaces before laying bricks or stones
- Align structural components vertically and horizontally using plumb bob or level
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, equipment, safety procedures, and quality control standards
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
