Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Riyadh. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes
- Experience working with diverse teams and contractors
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress is on schedule
- Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for the project
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in requirements
