As a Construction Project Manager for our company in Riyadh, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve creating project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and a thorough understanding of the construction process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for success in this role.
