We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Jeddah, Egypt. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. Your role will involve overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring quality and consistency in all pastry items. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious desserts. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Oversee the kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality in all pastry items
- Manage inventory and supplies for the pastry section
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry section
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of pastry orders for events or special occasions
- Monitor food costs, minimize wastage, and maintain budgetary guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to create visually appealing pastries with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise junior staff
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed
- Fluent in Arabic; knowledge of English is preferred but not required
- Must be an Egyptian national currently residing in Jeddah

Salary:
