Part-Time Office Assistant for Women's Empowerment Organization in Khasab
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient part-time Office Assistant to join our women's empowerment organization in Khasab. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Handle financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting; experience in a non-profit organization is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of our organization
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Working hours will be flexible, but the candidate must be available to work during regular office hours.
