Our fast-paced company in Hawalli is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation for our Indian employees.

As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and events, and handling administrative tasks. You will also assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills in English and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including maintaining office supplies, managing mail, and organizing meetings and events
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and report any issues to the appropriate department
- Assist with financial tasks such as tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times when interacting with clients or colleagues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
