Personal Trainer - Muscat, Oman


As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans and training sessions to clients in Muscat. Your main goal will be to help individuals reach their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, discuss goals, and create personalized workout plans
- Lead individual or group training sessions based on clients' needs and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and offer guidance on healthy eating habits
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Keep track of client attendance and maintain accurate records of sessions
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, research, and techniques

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of exercise equipment and training methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to create individualized workout plans based on clients' needs and limitations
- Understanding of basic nutrition principles
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Muscat, the capital city of Oman. Our gym is conveniently located near various residential areas making it easily accessible for our clients.

Accommodation:
