CAREGIVER
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities, maintaining their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:*
1. *Personal Care*: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. *Mobility Assistance*: Help clients with walking, transferring, and positioning.
3. *Meal Preparation*: Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
4. *Medication Management*: Assist clients with medication reminders, administration, and monitoring.
5. *Household Tasks*: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
6. *Companionship*: Provide emotional support, conversation, and social interaction.
7. *Safety and Emergency Response*: Respond to emergencies, such as falls or medical crises.
8. *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate records of client care, including vital signs, medication, and daily activities.
*Requirements:*
1. *Certifications*: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent.
2. *Experience*: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
3. *Skills*: Compassionate, reliable, patient, and able to lift 25 pounds.
4. *Availability*: Flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
5. *Background Check*: Pass a thorough background check.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. *Specialized Training*: Experience working with clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other special needs.
2. *Language Skills*: Bilingual or multilingual.
3. *First Aid and CPR*: Certified in first aid and CPR.
