Senior Florist at a Prestigious Flower Shop in Muscat

We are in search of a highly experienced and creative Senior Florist to join our prestigious flower shop in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a florist, with a strong portfolio showcasing their floral designs and arrangements. As the Senior Florist, you will be responsible for managing daily operations at the shop, including creating and designing unique floral arrangements for various occasions, managing inventory and supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure availability of fresh flowers and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Train and supervise junior florists to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to come up with new ideas and designs for seasonal collections.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a florist.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your floral designs and arrangements.
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative flair with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders in a timely manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from all backgrounds.

Salary:
Offering a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month without accommodation. This is a full-time position with own visa jobs available.

Location:
The position is based in Muscat, Oman. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
