Experienced Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and we welcome applicants who hold Indian nationality or have their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Recommending menu items based on customer preferences
- Operating cash register and handling transactions accurately
- Ensuring quality control by monitoring the freshness of ingredients used in drinks
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Must have own visa or be eligible to obtain one
- Available for immediate hire
