Entry-Level Baker (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Bakers in Ajman, UAE. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and be a part of a diverse and inclusive work environment. No previous experience or English language proficiency is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other desserts according to recipes and company standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs or batters, then shape and bake them into finished products.
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, or sprinkling.
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow proper inventory control procedures to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Ajman with valid work permit.
- Passion for baking with a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
