Concierge (Pakistani/Malayalee)

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for local attractions and restaurants, and arranging transportation. You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and requests, maintaining the lobby area, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Urdu or Malayalam and have excellent communication skills.
