Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant/Cleaner


We are a fast-paced, luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Dubai. We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant/Cleaner to join our team of dedicated and hardworking professionals. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. You will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by providing them with exceptional housekeeping services.

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred
- Ability to communicate in basic English is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:
- Clean assigned guest rooms according to standard procedures and hotel policies
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Check for any maintenance issues or damages in the room and report them immediately to the supervisor
- Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas including staff locker rooms and laundry rooms
- Handle guests' requests for extra amenities or services promptly and with a positive attitude
- Follow all safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
