Restaurant Manager



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. Our restaurant caters to the Malayalee community and we are looking for a manager who is familiar with their culture and cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, and maintaining a profitable business.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Develop new menu items and update existing ones based on customer preferences
- Manage budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant's offerings
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a Malayalee restaurant setting preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine, culture, customs, and traditions
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1600$ per month
